Yesterday, the United States Supreme Court allowed a lower court ruling to stand, preventing The Center For Medical Progress from releasing additional video footage showing Planned Parenthood’s involvement in the sale of aborted babies’ body parts and organs. This is not surprising. U.S. District Court Judge William Orrick previously ruled against David Daleidon’s investigative journalism that exposed what goes on inside abortion clinics that the public never gets to see.
The judge blocked the release of additional videos on the grounds that there was “no evidence of criminal wrongdoing” on the part of either Planned Parenthood or the National Abortion Federation. The Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals upheld the judge’s decision.
The truth is, none of these videos should even exist. In saner times, Planned Parenthood businesses would have been shut down long ago for its grisly regular run-of-the-mill daily abortion business. Abortions at the rate of 320,000 per year – even without the gruesome sale of baby body parts – is not criminal wrongdoing. It’s genocide. But we are not living in saner times.
When it comes to abortion and other social issues that involve conserving American traditions, and honoring and respecting the right to life and liberty, the courts and radical judges have taken over all three branches of government. When the issue is abortion, the High Court goes right along with a majority of lower court decisions.
David Daleidon’s videos clearly demonstrate abortion industry workers and management talking openly about killing babies for profit. It has nothing to do with “editing.” On his website, The Center for Medical Progress, there is a video of a Planned Parenthood Medical Director stating that there is a “checkbox” where you write: “I intend to utilize dismemberment techniques for this procedure.” Mr. Daleidon did not add to or delete what came out of their mouths.
We’ve seen the videos, including the ones that run full-length. It is very clear that Planned Parenthood is making huge profits from a barbaric practice. The videos must be seen, not talked about.
The Courts will continue to suppress pro-life speech, no matter how true. They will continue to allow babies to be murdered and mutilated for profit, no matter how sickening the details. When it comes to killing our future generations, there is no limit as to what the courts will permit.
One day, those who are responsible for aiding and abetting the abortion industry will have their day in front of the Heavenly Court. I get the feeling they won’t like the verdict.
